Aeria Parts Specialist
We have an exciting opportunity for an Aerial Parts Specialist located at our Mountville branch. This role is primarily responsible for processing and fulfilling orders for both internal service staff, and external customers. While also maintaining a very high level of customer service.
Essential Job Functions:
Responsible for communicating to customers and internal staff, in person, on the phone, or via email for various parts assistance requests.
Responsible for fulfilling customers and internal staff orders in a timely manner in person, on the phone, or via email.
Work with internal team and external vendors on obtaining inventory to fulfill customer orders.
Assist stockroom personnel when needed.
Responsible for data entry and data management for customer inquiries and orders
Communicate with other branches as required.
All other duties required by management.
Basic Qualifications:
Must be over the age of 18.
High school diploma or Technical Degree in automotive field or equivalent field
Minimum of one (1) year experience with Microsoft Office
Must be detail oriented and have excellent attention to detail.
Previous experience in a customer service role
Positive and friendly attitude toward customers and fellow team members
Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
Great organizational, time management, customer service and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a team on a variety of job tasks.
The ability to work accurately and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Automotive or Equipment experience and knowledge
One (1) year experience in the Aerial equipment field
Working Conditions:
Physical requirements include sitting most of time as well as walking.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds, and occasionally lift over 75 pounds.
Operate material handling equipment as required.
Wearing steel or composite toe shoes during work hours are required of this position
