Rental Coordinator
We have an exciting opportunity for a Rental Coordinator located at our Mountville branch. The Rental Coordinator is responsible for providing outstanding service to external customers by identifying and facilitating the customer’s rental needs. This individual will also support internal teams with rental-related projects and tasks.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Contact customers to gather information regarding project needs, rental or installation concerns, respond to questions, and confirm rental orders.
Coordinate the logistics of equipment delivery, to include maintaining a transportation schedule for pick-up and delivery of company equipment.
Set up rental contracts/agreements that accurately capture customer needs and delivery specifications.
Track all rentals in company system to include truck ID, cost discounts, freight fuel and equipment cost, delivery date and frequency.
Offer creative solutions when current equipment availability does not meet customer needs by coordinating with other Lift branches or third-party haulers.
Coordinate with the shop to ensure proper functioning of forklifts, and ensure equipment is prepared before agreed-upon rental date.
Support the Sales, Rental, and Operations teams as needed.
Based on customer specifications, file agreements and invoices as appropriate.
All other duties as assigned.

Basic to advanced computer skills
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Physical requirements necessary include sitting, standing and walking throughout an extended 8-10 hour work day
Position requires use of fingers, hands and arms on a consistent basis for keyboarding and phone work
Must be able to occasionally lift or exert force of up to 50 pounds
Excellent vision skills (with or without correction) are required
Standard office environment has moderate noise levels associated with computer equipment, customers, and phone conversations
