Sales Coordinator:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Coordinator out of our Mountville branch. The Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing the necessary support to the sales team, sales and executive management, internal colleagues and customers. The Sales Coordinator is responsible for facilitating and organizing equipment orders, ship schedules, and the corresponding documentation and information.
Essential Job Functions:
Work with the sales team to prepare quotations.
Coordinating the entry of orders and generating the necessary documentation to track the order process.
Working and familiarizing with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software per our company and manufacturer guidelines.
Maintaining and tracking inventory of sales materials from order to delivery and billing.
Coordinate with the shop to ensure proper preparation of lifts, and ensure equipment is delivered in accordance with company requirements.
Support the Sales, Service, and Operations teams as needed.
Based on customer specifications, file agreements and invoices as appropriate.
All other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence and memos
Ability to write simple correspondence
Ability to effectively present information to customers and coworkers
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume
Basic to advanced computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Excel, etc.).

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
One to three months related experience preferred
Working Conditions
Physical requirements necessary include sitting, standing and walking throughout an extended 8-10 hour work day
Position requires use of fingers, hands and arms on a consistent basis for keyboarding and phone work
Standard office environment has moderate noise levels associated with computer equipment, customers and phone conversations
